Meet Jocelyn Marks

Head of Support Coordination (or whatever title you want for me)

Jocelyn brings over 9 years of experience in the disability and NDIS sector, with the past 5 years dedicated to Support Coordination. As Head of Support Coordination at Khaya, she provides both Level 2 and Level 3 Support Coordination, with a strong focus on building capacity, fostering independence, and helping participants feel confident in navigating their NDIS plans.

Jocelyn specialises in Level 3 Support Coordination for individuals involved in the justice system and those experiencing complex behaviours of concern. She works closely with multiple government departments, including the Department of Health, Department of Communities and Justice, and Department of Education across NSW, ACT, and Victoria, ensuring that participants receive coordinated, trauma-informed support across systems.

“We always meet people where they are at and grow with them, not pull them up.

This philosophy guides Jocelyn’s work—meeting each person with respect, understanding, and a commitment to walking alongside them.

Jocelyn is based in Wagga Wagga, where she offers regular face-to-face services in the local area and surrounding communities. She also has capacity to work remotely across NSW, ACT, and Victoria, making her support accessible and flexible.

With lived experience of neurodiversity, Jocelyn brings a unique and empathetic perspective to her work. She understands the importance of connection, clear communication, and creating safe spaces for people to be themselves. Her insight helps her build strong, trusting relationships with participants, especially those who may feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by systems.

When she’s not supporting others, Jocelyn loves spending time with her family—especially her niece and nephews—enjoying karaoke nights with friends, discovering new music, and learning more about the world and the people in it.
